ITA GOVERNANCE

The General Manager responsible to the Management Committee (MANCO) for the day to day operations of the association.  The MANCO is responsible to the Executive Council (EXCO), who serves office for one year, is elected from ITA Member Companies, at the ITA AGM.  The EXCO directs the MANCO in the implementation of plans/strategies and shall form sub-committees or workgroups as are necessary to execute such plans and strategies.

The ITA MANCO comprises very passionate and dynamic representatives from our Membership who volunteer their time and expertise to the ITA.  Each member of the MANCO is responsible for a specific portfolio when dealing with issues pertinent to the ICT industry.

• Adam Rabie, Managing Director Public Sector Authorities, is the President of the ITA.

• Dr Thabo Lehlokoe, Chairman of the SWICON Group, is one of the three ITA Vice-Presidents and responsible for establishing and maintaining government relations that are not only to the benefit of the ITA, but he is also passionate in identifying ways in which the ITA can support the various structures of government in realizing their goals and strategies. 

• Pfungwa Serima, Managing Director of Microsoft SA and ITA Vice-President.

• Janette Cumming, Director at Paracon and ITA Vice-President

• Roger Latchman, Managing Director of PKF BEE Solutions, is the ITA Honorary Treasurer and ensures that the ITA operates within the strict guidelines of our Constitution and policies governing the NGO sector.
